- Additional time: $330 per hour (charges in 15 min increments)
- Urgent appointment surcharge $165 (less than 7days notice)
- Offsite travel surcharge² $330 per appointment (plus $1 per km from our office if outside metro Melbourne)
- Document certification $5 plus $1 per page certified
- NAATI certified interpreter services: arranged by client at their expense

⁵ An enduring power for financial matters allows you to appoint an organisation (such as State Trustees) or person to look after your financial and property affairs, including any legal matters that relate to these. An enduring power of attorney for personal matters allows you to appoint someone who can make personal decisions about your personal and lifestyle matters. This can’t be an organisation.
⁶ A medical treatment decision maker is when you choose someone who can make medical decisions about your health and medical treatment because of injury or illness, if you can no longer make decisions.
⁷ Concession eligibility includes holders of a valid and current: Commonwealth Seniors Health Card, Centrelink Health Care Card, Centrelink Pensioner Concession Card, Veterans’ Affairs Pensioner Concession Card, Veterans’ Affairs Gold Card and Veteran’s White Card for all conditions.

Once your appointment is booked, a Will Writing Expert will be in touch with a pre-appointment questionnaire that helps plan for your appointment. Once you complete and return the questionnaire, there’s no further action required from you, and no need to follow up or confirm. If we notice it hasn’t been received, we’ll do our best to contact you before your appointment.

We provide a range of wills as well as discounts, so fees can vary. We have Online Wills for a one-off fee of $69, right through to expertly written wills in a Will Appointment. What is a Medical Treatment Decision Maker Document?
Similar to a Power of Attorney, this document allows you to appoint a person or professional to legally make medical treatment decisions in the event you can’t due to injury or illness. You cannot appoint State Trustees as your Medical Treatment Decision Maker.

If you have complex circumstances, own overseas assets, have multiple investments, or need to exclude someone from your Will, then it’s best to have a Will Appointment with one of our State Trustees Will Writing Experts.

Yes, all appointments are in-person unless you call us directly to request a virtual video appointment with State Trustees. You can arrange to meet with an expert will-writer at our Melbourne CBD or Dandenong offices. For all video appointment requests, call 1300 138 672, Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5 pm.
