How to access this service

You can access our Estate Administration service when:

  • You appoint us in your will to act as an executor when you die.
  • You need help or are unavailable after being appointed as the executor in somebody’s will when they die.
  • The law requires us to act as executor if you die without a will.

Nominating us as executor in your will is completely free of charge. The only fee involved is for the preparation of your will if required. The fees for administering your estate are covered from your estate when you pass away.

  • 3.3%
Greater than $500,000 and up to $1,000,000
  • $16,500 plus 1.5% of the amount over $500,000
Greater than $1,000,000 and up to $3,000,000
  • $24,000 plus 0.55% of the amount over $1,000,000
Greater than $3,000,000
  • $35,000 plus 0.44% of the amount over $3,000,000

Are State Trustees wills legally valid?

Yes. Every State Trustees will is legally valid for use in Australia if filled out correctly online or with your Will Writer.

Are there discounts for Will Appointments?
