We are a Victorian Government-backed company providing financial and legal services to all Victorians at important life moments.

We are here for all Victorians

Our services include Will, Power of Attorney and Trust preparation, Deceased Estate Administration, Trust Administration, Legal Services and Financial Administration for individuals.

1939 Laws are passed in Victoria to assist State Trustees to be created.

1940 State Trustees begins, first known as The Public Trustee of Victoria.

1987 State Trustees becomes a statutory corporation within the Victorian Public Sector called State Trust Corporation of Victoria.

1994 State Trustees becomes a state-government owned company, the first in Victoria.

Today The organisation operates with 500+ employees, across three locations across Victoria.
