What is the total cost of a Will or Power of Attorney Appointment?
An appointment with State Trustees Victoria’s Will and Power of Attorney professionals is $330 for singles and $600 for couples. Discounts and bundles are available. Find a link to more information in the Fees section above.
What are the will fees?
We provide a range of wills as well as discounts, so fees can vary. We have Online Wills for a one-off fee of $69, right through to expertly written wills in a Will Appointment. These start at $330 for a single person, and $600 for a couple. Find a link to more information in the Fees section above.
What is a Medical Treatment Decision Maker Document?
Similar to a Power of Attorney, this document allows you to appoint a person or professional to legally make medical treatment decisions in the event you can’t due to injury or illness. You cannot appoint State Trustees as your Medical Treatment Decision Maker.
Are there discounts for Will and Power of Attorney Appointments?
Discounts are available if you book as a couple, are a seniors/ concession card holder, nominate State Trustees as your executor, activate your Financial Power of Attorney with us or purchase a will plus one or more document. Find a link to more information in the Fees section above.
Who are the Will Appointments best suited to?
If you have complex circumstances, own overseas assets, have multiple investments, or need to exclude someone from your Will, then it’s best to have a Will Appointment with one of our State Trustees Will Writing Experts.
Do I need to attend in-person?
Yes, all appointments are in-person unless you call us directly to request a virtual video appointment with State Trustees. You can arrange to meet with an expert will-writer at our Footscray or Dandenong offices. For all video appointment requests, call 1300 138 672, Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5 pm.
