How do I deposit and retrieve my will/power of attorney documents in the Will Bank?
Complete and sign the deposit form for your will or power of attorney document. Obtain a certified copy of your original will/power of attorney document and keep a copy in a safe place, at least until you receive your welcome letter from State Trustees.
