Guide to NDIS Decision making: When a decision can be made by, with or for an adult with a significant cognitive disability. The aim of this guide is to outline when decision-making support, advocacy and substitute decision-making will be needed for potential and current NDIS participants who have significant cognitive disability. It does this in the context of each possible decision-making stage within the NDIS participant pathway.

Victorian Government – Delivering choice and control to people with a disability 

The Victorian government will continue to provide supports for people who do not qualify for the NDIS. This link will provide you with information about DHHS disability services.

Young People in Nursing Homes National Alliance

Young People (under the age of 65) with high care needs who reside in nursing homes are eligible for NDIS funding.
