State Trustees’ client feedback telephone survey
The research is being conducted to understand our clients experience with State Trustees. The survey includes questions about the services delivered by State Trustees. The aim of this research is to find ways to improve the services offered by State Trustees and the overall client experience.
Who is conducting the survey?
State Trustees has contracted Shane Thomas & Associates, an independent research provider, to conduct the telephone interviews required for this survey.
How long will the survey take to complete?
The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Arrangements can be made for you to participate at any time that is convenient to you.
Is the survey compulsory?
The survey is entirely voluntary, but your cooperation is important in order to get an accurate understanding of our clients.

Current State Trustees’ clients and/or their support networks are randomly selected.
Can I do the survey if I am not selected?
Only randomly selected clients and/or their support networks can participate in the survey. This ensures that the sample is representative of State Trustees’ client base.
