With our dedicated reward and recognition system we reward our people for their achievements and also offer a range of great benefits for our employees and their families. Other ways our people are rewarded are:

We believe in supporting the health and wellbeing of our people.  We offer a healthy work-life balance as well as a variety of leave options and flexible work arrangements.

Work-life balance benefits include progressive leave policies such as 14 weeks paid parental leave, generous personal leave accrual (15 days per year) and an Extended Leave Scheme.

We also promote flexible working arrangements such as working from home, the ability to accrue flexi leave and, partial reimbursement for childcare school holiday programs.

Health Week programs are conducted at various times of the year. In addition, we provide health benefits such as the promotion of mindfulness, free annual flu vaccinations and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
