  • How easy is it to do the will booklet (Will Kit)?
    • A: Will Kits are recommended only if you have straightforward circumstances. State Trustees Will Kit includes step-by-step instructions to help you write your will easily. If you’re looking for an easy way to write a will, our Online Will is also a great choice. State Trustees Online Will is a secure and guided experience, available across Australia. It’s simple, easy and the entire will can take as little as 30 minutes to complete. You can make your Online Will just for $20 this March.
  • Is there any danger of an “Online will” being hacked and altered?
    • A: We take the security of your data very seriously. All data is encrypted and after 30 days your will data is moved off the platform.
  • Does a will need to be registered and where?
    • A: If you’re a Victorian, you can register and store your will for free with State Trustees. Learn more about Victorian Will and Powers of Attorney Registry here.
  • Is there a cost to appoint State Trustees as an executor? If yes, how much and is it one off payment or on going cost yearly?
