If you have been affected and are not sure where to turn, we’ve outlined key resources to help you get started.
You’re a State Trustees client and we’ve arranged your home and contents insurance
If this is you and you’re a Financial Administration client, please call us on 1300 138 672 and our team will connect you with the right Consultant to help you with your claim.
OR
If this is you and you’re an Attorneyship, Enduring Power of Attorney or an Estate beneficiary or Trust client, please contact your State Trustees Consultant directly and they will assist you with your claim.
Your claim will require details of your name, address, best contact number, property information and a short description of the damage.

You’re a State Trustees client and we’ve arranged your motor vehicle insurance
You can lodge your flood related claim directly with QBE insurance.
To claim online you’ll need your policy number and details of the damage incurred.
