Registration and Account Set-up

You will receive a registration email from State Trustees.

Click the link in the email ensuring that you’re opening in a bowser such as Chrome or Firefox.

You will be prompted to download our app. Please click this and allow it to install on your computer. Once the application has finished downloading, please open it up and from there you will be prompted to register.

You will be prompted to register your mobile number.A SMS message with a verification code will be sent to you. Once you have received that code enter it in the box provided on screen.

From there you will be prompted to set up your password. Your password needs to be at least 12 characters long, and not easily identifiable to anyone other than yourself.

As an extra level of security, you will be prompted to select two secret questions. This will be a backup in case you forget your password. Make sure you select a question that is easy for you to remember the answer too but again like your password not easily identifiable to anyone other than yourself. Now you’re on the DigiSafe platform!
