How do I use a template?

To add any of these types of data, navigate to the storage tab on the left side of the window.

Here, hover your mouse on the ‘add new’ button, and then select the type of file you wish to add from the dropdown menu.

You can also create folders to help organise your data if you’d like.

All template data is added using a simple 3 step process.

  1. Fill out as many fields as possible. You can also attach any helpful files and leave instructions. Once you’ve added as much data as you can, click on the next button.
  2. Select which group or individuals you’d like to receive this item.
  3. You can choose to move where this item is stored in your vault if needed.

When you’re done, simply click create and save.
