Does a Will have to be in writing?

You need to print out the will form in the kit to complete the will. The will form in the kit has fields you need to fill in, either by typing text into the spaces on an electronic version (before you print out the form) or by handwriting the text clearly on a printed out version.

You can fill in the details in the will yourself or have someone else fill them in for you. No matter who helps you write your will, you must physically sign it. Make sure all handwriting is clear and can be easily read.
