Guardianship and Administration seminars

Guardianship and Administration involves the protection of adults whose decision-making is impaired as a result of their disability.

The Office of the Public Advocate, State Trustees and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Guardianship List each have an important role under Victorian Guardianship and Administration legislation and run free information sessions throughout the year for health professionals and community workers in parts of Victoria.

When do these seminars run?

The sessions are held quarterly and will run for up to 90 minutes with time for questions and general discussion.
