Guardianship and Administration Seminars
Guardianship and Administration involves the protection of adults whose decision-making is impaired as a result of their disability.
The Office of the Public Advocate, State Trustees and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Guardianship List each have an important role under Victorian Guardianship and Administration legislation and are running information sessions for health professionals and community workers in parts of Victoria.
The session is free and will run for up to 1 hour and 45 minutes including time for questions and general discussion. Experienced presenters from each organisation will deliver information about their organisation.
Please note that the target audience is professionals/students in the field.
