Stakeholder Engagement Strategy
We believe that effective stakeholder engagement is key to our sustainability. Our goal is to initiate, build and develop trust with our stakeholders to achieve our strategic objectives, provide stakeholder benefits and ultimately ensure a sustainable future for State Trustees.
Our stakeholder engagement strategy (October 2008) is informed by stakeholder research conducted with a network of stakeholders in June 2008. It includes the principles for our engagement, tools for stakeholder analysis, mapping and prioritisation, and lists the issues on which we are engaging with stakeholders.
