What is an Enduring Power of Attorney?
An Enduring Power of Attorney is a legal document which gives you the peace of mind that a trusted friend, relative or organisation can make important decisions on your behalf when you need it most.

There are three different Enduring Powers of Attorney that State Trustees can help you prepare, depending on your situation - Financial, Medical Treatment and Guardianship.
When you are no longer capable, your chosen Attorney can take care of your finances, legal matters, medical treatment and general lifestyle decisions, according to your stated wishes.
