Legal and Policy Submissions
State Trustees sees it as part of our responsibilities to actively contribute to current legal and policy debates affecting our clients, in particular on topics that will have an impact on the management of their legal and financial affairs.
Such topics include: financial elder abuse, ageing, disability, talking about death and dying and homelessness.
